We decided to remove all carpeted areas in the house including basement , bedrooms, hallways and stairs and replace with vinyl plank flooring . We also wanted to update our basement lighting with pot lights. We were extremely fortunate to have found and chosen MBN Renovation. MD and Nagy were great to work with from start to finish. They and their team were first class trades people. They were easy to deal with and were meticulous in how they performed everything to do with the project . They are also nice, courteous people.
We were thrilled with the results. The finished job exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure working with them. We would recommend MBN Renovation for any home renovation needs.

We had remodeling work done throughout our home, and the results are incredible. When everything was finished, it genuinely felt like we were walking into a completely new space. What once felt like just a house now truly feels like a home.

Beyond the quality of the work, what really stood out was the team themselves. They were kind, respectful, and incredibly considerate while working in our space. They paid attention to the little details and even took the initiative to fix small things we hadn't mentioned, simply because they wanted everything to be perfect.

It's rare to find contractors who combine skill, care, and integrity so seamlessly. We're extremely happy with the outcome and grateful for the effort they put into making our home better than we imagined.

I cannot recommend MBN Renovation highly enough! We recently hired them for a project to completely finish our basement bathroom and stairs. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. If you are looking for a team that combines high-end craftsmanship with professional integrity, look no further.

Here is why they stand out:

• Meticulous Attention to Detail: They didn't just "get the job done"; they took the time to ensure every corner, seam, and finish was perfect. It’s clear they take immense pride in their work. They even spotted some manufacture defects that we had overlooked and then made sure to discuss options with us to make sure the decision worked for us.

• True Professionalism: The team was punctual, kept a remarkably clean workspace. There were no "surprises" or hidden stressors once the estimate was provided.

• Fair and Transparent Pricing: After shopping around, I found their rates to be incredibly competitive. To get this level of quality at such a reasonable price point is rare in the renovation industry.

Our basement project looks absolutely stunning, and the quality of the work speaks for itself.

Thank you to MBN Renovation for making our vision a reality!

MBN just finished a small project bathroom in a space I had been sitting on for almost 2 years and it turned out great. The team is patient, will work with you, and are as meticulous as I was in finding small blemishes in the drywall finish on walls and ceiling which they promptly corrected. They really do make sure that you are satisfied as the customer and you aren't made to feel like you are just a job that can only last X number of days before the contract has run it's course. Another plus to their service is that the work area was left clean after every day and never left dusty and a mess. Might seem like small details but all these things add up to a positive contractor experience. They are fairly priced, take their time, and pay attention to details. I would definitely recommend them for your next project. In fact, We have them working on our stairs now and will likely use them again for any future projects that come up.

We recently hired MBN Renovation to finish our basement, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
They were very professional throughout the whole process. They were organized, punctual, and clearly experienced in what they do. Communication was excellent throughout the project. We were always kept informed about timelines, progress, and any decisions that needed to be made.
One thing we really appreciated was how clean and respectful they were in our home. They made a consistent effort to keep the space tidy and minimize the impact on the rest of the house.
Their pricing was also very fair and transparent for the quality of work provided. There were no surprises, and we felt we were getting real value for the investment.
Most importantly, the final result is absolutely beautiful. Our basement has been completely transformed into a functional living space that we truly love.
We would highly recommend MBN Renovation to anyone looking for reliable and skilled professionals for their home renovation projects.

Had my kitchen tiles re-grouted and one tile replaced. Alex did a beautiful job and it was all done in just a few days. The cost per square foot was within the average that google tells you so very reasonable. The team is polite and professional. Would contact them again for future jobs.

Thank you for another fantastic job done. This is the third project that the MBN Renovation team has done for our family and they are the only people we will call for our renovation projects. They are talented, friendly, true to project plan timeliness, honest and just truly good people. I cannot recommend them more strongly. They have done larger jobs in our home but this time around it was a smaller project to install a double barn door to separate off our front room. Pictures attached we are very happy and will have them back again soon for our next project.

After receiving 3 quotes for my backsplash replacement, I decided to go with MBN Renovation since they seemed to be the best people for the job. They seemed to be knowledgeable, had the best price and their reviews were great. I always get anxious hiring new contractors for renovations but let me tell you that the MBN team, Afzal, Alex and Nagi did not disappoint. Alex was very meticulous in his work installing the subway tiles and put up with all my questions throughout the project. Both Afzal and Nagi made sure the worksite was kept clean on a daily basis and that everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely be reaching out to them for my next project. They were all a pleasure to work with and I am very satisfied with the work they did! I love my new backsplash!! I attached a few before and after pictures.
